Hi, I’m Jenni.

Most founders and CEOs come to me saying the same thing. Their LinkedIn is fine. They’re posting. They try to be consistent. But something’s off and they’re not quite sure what it is.

What’s off is that their content sounds like everyone else. Not because they don’t have something to say but because they’ve learned that expertise looks like advice.

So that’s what they share: direct, helpful, searchable advice that could come from anyone.

The problem is, you’re not just anyone.

You’re someone who’s spent years figuring things out the hard way. You have a point of view nobody else has. But you’re not sharing any of it.

That’s what my process, Find Your Weird™ is for. We find the thing you’re not sharing yet.

Not because you’re purposely holding back, but there are usually a couple of reasons people don’t share what their audience needs to hear:

  1. You don’t realize it’s important

  2. You’ve been so focused on what you know and “being professional,” you’ve forgotten to be yourself

In one conversation, I help you find the thing you haven’t shared yet that’s underneath all that advice.

About Me.

I’m a former founder of a wholesale donut business that I started in 2015 with only a marketing background and $500. I used storytelling before it was a thing to attract customers online.

My donuts were sold in 20+ coffee shops in northern Colorado and I sold my business in 2019.

Since then, I created social media content for multiple coaches for three years, I’m a certified marketing mentor with SCORE and help founders and CEOs find their weird.

Now the fun stuff.

  • I met my husband on a blind date set up by friends, but they all canceled at the last minute, leaving us to fend for ourselves. We’re celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary this year.

  • I love the color pink (in case that’s not obvious).

  • We have a 9-year-old Border Collie named Remington.

  • We just moved to the mountains for a year.

  • I love chocolate and everything sweet but I’m gluten-sensitive and allergic to chocolate. Womp, womp.
